Ncr Corporate Cricket Cup Season 1: Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment

1. Entry fee is ₹10,000 + GST per team. A slot is confirmed only after full payment.

2. Registration closes on 20 November 2026, or earlier if all 15 slots are filled.

3. The ₹1,000 practice match credit applies only to teams that register and pay by 10 November 2026.

4. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

Eligibility & ID

5. The tournament is open only to employees of the registered company. Contract and intern staff are allowed only if they’re on the company payroll.

6. A valid company ID card is mandatory for every player. Players without one will not be allowed to play.

7. Each team must submit its final squad list, with names and contact numbers, by [date]. No changes are allowed after that.

8. A player can represent only one team in the tournament.

Team & Format

9. 8 overs per side, with 7 players per team on the field. Up to [2] substitutes are allowed.

10. A bowler can bowl a maximum of [2] overs per innings.

11. Matches are played with a tennis ball, which the organisers provide.

12. The full fixture list and match timings will be shared before the event.

Equipment & Dress Code

13. Plastic bats are not allowed. Only wooden tennis-cricket bats may be used.

14. Players must wear the official team jerseys provided by PlayAll.

15. Sports shoes are mandatory. Metal spikes and studs are not allowed on the turf.

Match Day

16. Teams must report at least [30] minutes before their first match.

17. A team that isn’t ready within [10] minutes of its scheduled start forfeits the match (walkover).

18. The umpires’ decisions are final and binding. Arguing with or abusing umpires, opponents or staff will lead to disqualification.

19. Alcohol, smoking and any intoxicants are strictly prohibited at the venue.

General

20. If play is cut short by weather or another unforeseen situation, the organisers may shorten matches or decide the result by a method of their choice.

21. Players take part at their own risk. PlayAll is not responsible for injuries or for lost or damaged personal belongings.

22. By taking part, players agree that photos and videos of them may be used on PlayAll’s social media and in promotional material.

23. Any damage to venue property will be charged to the team responsible.

24. PlayAll may change the rules, schedule or format if needed. The organisers’ decision is final in all disputes.
