TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration is confirmed only after full payment of ₹600.

No refund for player cancellation, withdrawal, late arrival or disqualification.

100% refund if the tournament is cancelled by the organisers.

Minimum 18 players per category is required for full prize-money distribution.

If minimum entries are not met, organisers may modify the format/prize structure or cancel the event.

Every player is guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches, subject to tournament rules.

Players must report on time; late arrivals may receive a walkover.

Tournament format, fixtures and match timings may be changed by the organisers if required.

Referee/organiser decisions regarding matches, disputes and conduct will be final.

Players must maintain proper discipline and sportsmanship throughout the event.

Players are responsible for their own equipment and belongings.

Participation is at the player's own risk; players are responsible for their fitness and safety.

Players agree to the use of event photographs/videos for promotional purposes.

Any matter not covered above will be decided by the tournament organisers.
