### 📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS

*PlayAll Noida Box-Cricket Cup – Season 11*

1. Each team must consist of *7 players (6 playing + 1 Super Sub)*. No additional players will be allowed.

2. The entry fee is *₹3,000 per team*. Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment.

3. A minimum of *15 team registrations* is required for the full announced prize distribution of ₹21,000.

4. Each match will be played for *6 overs per side* using a Tennis (Six It) ball.

5. Every team is guaranteed a minimum of *2 matches*, subject to the tournament format and schedule.

6. All teams must report at the venue by *8:30 AM sharp*. Late arrivals may result in walkovers or disqualification.

7. Teams must maintain discipline and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Any misbehaviour towards players, umpires, referees, or the organising team may lead to disqualification.

8. Umpire decisions will be *final and binding*. No arguments or disputes will be entertained regarding on-field decisions.

9. Teams must follow the tournament rules and match schedule. Any changes or updates will be communicated by the organising team.

10. *Refund Policy:* Once registration is confirmed, the entry fee will be non-refundable in case of team withdrawal or cancellation by the participant.

11. PlayAll reserves the right to *modify match timings, tournament format, or reschedule/cancel the tournament* due to unavoidable circumstances, with prior information to participants.

12. The organising team reserves the right to take necessary decisions regarding any situation not covered under these terms and conditions.
