💰 Refund Policy

- Registration fees are non-refundable if a participant withdraws or cancels their participation.

- In case PlayAll cancels the tournament, participants will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.

- If the tournament is rescheduled and a registered participant cannot attend the new date, they may request a refund.

- No refund will be provided for late arrival, absence, disqualification, or failure to participate in an allotted match.

- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3-4 working days.

📌 Terms & Conditions

- Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment of the entry fee.

- Participants must report at least *15 minutes before their allotted match time*. Late arrivals may result in disqualification.

- Participants must maintain discipline and show respect towards referees, umpires, fellow players, and the event management team.

- Any misconduct or misbehaviour may lead to disqualification without a refund.

- All participants must follow the tournament format, schedule, and rules communicated by the event organisers.

- *PlayAll reserves the right to modify match timings, change the tournament schedule, or cancel/reschedule the tournament, with prior notice to all registered participants.*

- The minimum paid-entry requirements for cash prizes are 18 entries in each singles category and 12 teams in each doubles category. If the minimum requirement is not met, the prize structure may be revised, subject to prior communication to participants.

- The referee's decision regarding match-related disputes will be final.

- By registering, participants agree to abide by the tournament rules and regulations.
